30-Day Return and Refund Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests may be submitted within 15 minutes after an order is placed. We will make every reasonable effort to cancel the order; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment has begun. If the order can no longer be canceled, our Return and Refund Policy will apply.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale. Original packaging should be included whenever reasonably possible.

Products showing signs of use — including pet hair, dirt, odors, stains, scratches, cuts, trimming, washing, or other signs of wear or alteration — are not eligible for a standard return.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size or color, or no longer need the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges, including any expedited shipping fees, are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us at support@shopsegulmat.com and include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

If the claim is approved, SEGULMAT will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping and will provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Evidence of use does not automatically exclude a product from consideration when the return request concerns a genuine product defect.

Open the relevant order and submit an eligible return or cancellation request directly from your order page.

Please do not send any product back until your return request has been approved and you have received the correct return instructions and return address.

Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address may not be accepted or processed.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and its condition has been reviewed, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

This return policy applies to purchases made directly through shopsegulmat.com. Purchases made through Amazon or another marketplace are subject to the return policies applicable to that marketplace.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
